No. Palpiteiro is a game played entirely with in-app coins. Coins have no cash value,
can't be withdrawn or exchanged for money, and there are no cash prizes. It's about calling
events right — for fun and bragging rights, never for money.
Coins are earned by playing and staked on your calls — a correct call doubles your
stake. Gems are used for power-ups (like Espiada, which reveals the crowd trend) and
can be earned or purchased. Palpiteiro Pro is a subscription that gives unlimited daily
calls, triple daily coin rewards, and removes banner ads. Purchases and subscriptions are
billed by the App Store or Google Play.
You can delete your account from within the app at any time — this removes your personal
data as described in our Privacy Policy. If you can't reach the
option, email us at support@palpiteiro.folia.cool from your account address
and we'll take care of it.
Events are settled automatically from public sources, and occasionally one is delayed,
voided, or needs a manual correction. If a result looks wrong, email us with the question
and roughly when you made the call, and we'll review it. If an event is voided, staked
coins are refunded.
Purchases sometimes take a moment to sync. Reopen the app and check your balance; if it's
still missing after a few minutes, email us with the store receipt and we'll restore it.
Billing and refunds themselves are handled by the App Store or Google Play.
