These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Palpiteiro ("Palpiteiro", "we", "us"). They govern your use of the Palpiteiro mobile app and this website. By creating an account or using Palpiteiro, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Palpiteiro.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Palpiteiro. By using the app you represent that you meet this requirement and that your use complies with the laws of the place where you live.
Palpiteiro is an entertainment game in which you make predictions ("calls") about the outcome of real-world events, staking virtual coins. Correct calls pay coins back; incorrect ones do not. Coins and other virtual items (such as gems and power-ups) are a licensed part of the game, not property, money, or a financial instrument. Predictions in Palpiteiro are not bets, and nothing in the app is investment, financial, or betting advice.
The events and crowd trends shown in Palpiteiro are drawn from third-party public sources and are provided for entertainment only. We do not guarantee that any event, price, deadline, or outcome is accurate, complete, or timely, and an event may be resolved, voided, or refunded based on the information available to us.
You may start playing as a guest or create an account with an email and password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time from within the app or by contacting us.

Coins are earned by playing. Gems may be earned or purchased and are spent on power-ups. Palpiteiro Pro is an auto-renewing subscription that unlocks unlimited daily calls, higher daily coin rewards, and an ad-free experience. Purchases and subscriptions are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms; billing, renewals, and refunds are handled by those stores. Virtual items have no cash value, are non-refundable except as required by law or store policy, and are forfeited if your account is terminated for a breach of these Terms.
Palpiteiro may show advertising, including optional rewarded ads you can choose to watch for in-app coins. Ads are served by third parties subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
Palpiteiro, its name, logo, design, and software are owned by us and protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for its intended purpose.
Palpiteiro is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any prediction, trend, or outcome shown is correct.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Palpiteiro and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of virtual coins, gems, items, or data, arising from your use of the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
